How do you use Flash to create a variety of multimedia projects?
Key Questions:
How do you create objects in Flash? How do you create symbols in Flash? How do you use layers and frames in Flash? What is the Flash object library? How do you create animation in Flash? How do you import music? What is a tween? How do you create a mask? How do you create a hyperlinked button? What are action scripts?
Activating Strategy:
Students will view Flash Samples - look at Music Videos
Instructional Strategies and Student Activity:
  • Continue Daily Journal
  • Students will view Flash Samples - look at Music Videos
  • Teacher will demonstrate how to use Flash while students follow
  • Teacher will discuss Flash Basics Handout
  • Students will begin Flash Tutorials - Due Tuesday, April 14 at the end of class *Due date subject to change*
Summarizing Strategy:

TOD: How do create an object in Flash? How do you create a symbol in Flash?

Homework: Writing to Instruct Paper - due Friday at the beginning of class. See Chapter 11 if needed.
