Why should you use Dreamweaver to create forms?

What is a form? What are the different fields in a form? How do you insert and use each one?
Activating Strategy:
What is the purpose of form on a web page?
Instructional Strategies and Student Activity:
  • Continue Daily Journal
  • Begin Form Assignment
  • Read Interactive Forms, then create a form of your own using the following:
    • At least one text field
    • At least one button
    • At least one check box
    • At least one radio button
    • At least one list/menu
    • All fields must have labels so that the user knows what to enter or do with each field
